This is interesting.  I see it's an older post, but I'll look into it.

I used to like the Mormon commercials.

I haven't checked these boards for awhile.

4  Schmoozing / General Discussion / Best Audition spaces ?
 on: Jul 8th, 2008, 12:33am
Started by Will | Post by Will
Looking for an affordable audition space in Toronto, preferably with a holding area washrooms (for when they can't hold it) as I anticipate actually getting back into full auditions again for this year's projects.

Rehearsal space may be another matter, but for now combined auditions and screen tests are key.

Thanks

Hi all,

My good friend and longtime Schmoozer, Don Molnar, has a request.

He's entered and made it to the semi-finals of the Amazon Penguin Breakthrough Novel Award competition.  (Yay, Don!)  The gist of this round of the competition is about getting the writing sample reviewed by the reading public.  All the writing samples have been made accessible online.  If you're interested, please download and read the sample, then, if you choose to do so, you can write a brief review.  Amazon and Penguin are also offering prizes for reviewers.

For information about the contest you can go to this website address here:

http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=332264011

And to get directly to Don's writing sample, you can click on this website address right here:

The novel is called, It's a Feeling, Right Here.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Kim
