SIFT workshops - film and tv training
Apr 30th, 2007, 9:32am
Hey all! Are you an aspiring filmmaker? Actor? Director? Producer? Writer? Then SIFT is the place for you.
The 27th annual Summer Institute of Film and Television (SIFT) is open for registration.
Who are we? We're the flagship program of the Canadian Screen Training Centre, a non-profit organization with over 27 years of providing training for aspiring film and television directors, producers, actors, writers, production and new media people.
So what's all the fuss? Every summer, we host a week of workshops led by industry professionals. The lineup this year (May 29-Jun3, 2007) includes Érik Canuel and Kevin Tierney (director and producer/co-writer of "Bon Cop, Bad Cop"), Susan Flanders-Alexander (producer of "Little Mosque on the Prairie"), Michael Riley (star of "This is Wonderland"), Gary Burns (director/writer of "Radiant City" and "waydowntown"), and a whole lot more!
Check out our website at http://www.cstc.ca/sift
Registration info is on the website. Questions? Drop us a line at info@cstc.ca
P.S. We're on Facebook, too! Search "SIFT" under groups and come join us!
